Selects a Hitag-1 or Hitag-S tag and returns page 1.

Parameters

[in]	protocol	used to execute the command
[in]	SelMode
[in]	Pwd	Password for Hitag2.
[out]	Page1	Page 1 (CON and (PWDH0)).
