This configuration value has been deprecated. Do not use it in new code as we may remove it in the future.
If PKI is enabled for a specific security level, this value must contain the ASN.1 DER encoded tag, that represents the distinguished issuer name of the X503 certificate of the reader.
ReaderCertIssuer[0] must not be used, since security level 0 works unencrypted.
