Values required for LEGIC VCP file handling

VCP (Versatile Configuration Package) files are used to transfer card keys securely into the key storage of the LEGIC reader chip. There are different VCP files for LEGIC 4000 series (SM-4x00) and for LEGIC 6000 series (SM-6300), which are stored in separate configuration values. The reader firmware transfers the appropriate VCP file into the LEGIC reader chip at the next startup and deletes all files from configuration memory afterward.
