Specifies the maximum delay added to UpdateTime before checking if an update is available. The actual delay is determined individually for each IF Converter-reader pair, using a random value between 0 and UpdateSpreadTime. This ensures that not all devices connect to the server at the same time. This value should depend on the expected number of readers in your project and on the speed of your network connection.
