The reader has detected the same card again during the RepeatMessageDelay interval, while RepeatMessageMode is set to Suppress.
The default action for this event is to suppress a message from being sent to the host. As a result, the host will only be notified about the first detection of the card.
If you configure a custom action, it will replace the default action: You'll override Suppress mode for this card presentation, i.e. the reader will send a message each time it detects the card. To perform the custom action and keep Suppress mode enabled, you need to run the DefaultAction command.
