Custom / BlackWhiteList / RangeEnd Value
If this value is specified, it defines an upper limit of
accepted/denied values read by autoread functionality. It is
intended mainly for Blacklistmode, where all values higher than
this value are denied (In Whitelistmode all values higher than
this value are accepted).
