Custom / BlackWhiteList / RangeStart Value
If this value is specified, it defines a lower limit of
accepted/denied values read by autoread functionality. It is
intended mainly for Blacklistmode, where all values below this
value are denied (In Whitelistmode all values below this value
are accepted).
