Protocols / BrpTcp / TcpOutgoingPort Value
This is the TCP port number that is used for the BRP protocol
in case a BRP communication session is initiated by the reader.
For BRP communication that the host initiates refer to ( TcpPort ).
If this value is not set, a port number is chosen incidentally on every connection trial.
