Autoread / Rule / AllowRandomSerialNumbers Value
This value allows Autoread to be forced to return random card serial numbers.
Random card serial numbers, changing with every card presentation, are useless for identification purposes. This is why random serial numbers are ignored by rules which process the card serial number by default. This value allows changing this behaviour.
