Autoread / Rule / WiegandInputBitLen Value
Only needed for readers, that provides a Wiegand Input port and
which process this wiegand input like a card presentation (i.e.
with the Autoread functionality). If defined, reader accepts
only wiegand frames with this bitlen. If 0xFF any bitlen is
accepted.
