This is the IP-Address the reader device should apply for
network communication.
This value is a part of the static IP configuration of a reader device. A complete static IP configuration consists of IpAddress IpSubnetMask, IpGateway and IpDnsServer.
These values should be set by the network administrator if the dynamic IP configuration is disabled (refer to DhcpMode ).
