This is the subnet mask.
The subnet mask specifies which IP addresses belong to the readers subnet. The reader uses this value to decide if a host is located in the same subnet (these packets are sent directly) or not (these packets are sent to IpGateway ).
This value is part of the static IP configuration. Refer to IpAddress.
