VhlCfg / File / DesfireFormatResetPicc Value
This configuration value was deprecated and removed in firmware 2.12.00. It is unsupported in this and all later versions.
This entry is only needed for running VHLFormat(). If set to Reset the card will be formatted and all applications are deleted.
