Ftob.WriteFileBlock
This command has been deprecated. Do not use it in new code as we may remove it in the future.
This command writes a file block by block.

- Command timeout: 3000 ms
- Possible status codes: General status codes, Ftob.ErrWriteBlock, Ftob.ErrNoFileActive, Ftob.ErrOutOfMemory
