Change or reset the password for your admin account

Change your password

  1. Log in to your admin account in Mobile ID Manager.
  2. In the top right, click your e-mail address > Change password.

  3. Enter your old and new password.

  4. Click Change password.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. Go to the login screen of Mobile ID Manager.
  2. Click Forgot your password? and follow the instructions on the screen.
