User statuses in Mobile ID Manager

In Mobile ID Manager, a user can have one of the following statuses:

Status Description
Invitation sent The invitation e-mail has been sent, but the user hasn't activated the app yet.
Invitation expired The invitation has expired, i.e. the user hasn't activated their app within 7 days after receiving the invitation.
Active The user has activated the app and can use it to interact with card readers.
Offline > 24 hours This user's phone has been offline for 24 hours to 4 weeks. Their app is disabled until the phone goes back online.
Offline > 4 weeks This user's phone has been offline for more than 4 weeks. Their app is disabled until the phone goes back online.
Resend invitation pending You've re-invited this user. For security reasons, Mobile ID Manager waits until permissions are revoked from the currently active app before sending the new invitation. This may take up to 15 minutes or, if the phone is offline, up to 24 hours.
Deletion pending

This user has been deleted. Revoking permissions from their phone may take up to 15 minutes or, if the phone is offline, up to 24 hours.

During this time, Mobile ID Manager will regularly try to reach the app to revoke permissions. If these attempts continue to fail, the app will disable itself automatically after 24 hours. That's when the app will stop working at the latest.

As soon as permissions are revoked or the app has disabled itself, the user will be removed from the list. Both the admin marked as official contact and the user will be notified via e-mail.

Reset The user has reset their app. You can manually delete them or resend them an invitation. Auto-sync or a CSV import will not delete or re-invite the user, but leave this status unchanged.
