Delete a Mobile ID project

Any admin on a Mobile ID project can delete it.

Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone

  • All project data will be lost.
  • Apps will stop working in 24 hours at the latest.

To delete a project:

  1. Log in to your admin account in Mobile ID Manager.

  2. If you have multiple projects, make sure the desired one is open.

    Click the arrow next to the project name at the top.

  3. In the Settings section, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Permanently delete.

  4. Type in the project name and click Delete to confirm.

The project is immediately deleted and cannot be restored.
